A fifth of all homeless people have committed a crime to get into jail as a shelter. It doesn't matter that they lose their houses because of them, crime is only choice to have shelter for them. But, once they put themselves into crime, it won't be easy to get out of system. We need to send a strong message that committed crime is not the only way to have shelter, but it's ruining themselves.

‘Home’ means something different to all of us. The place where we grew up, the place where we live at the moment, the place we come to relax or entertain our friends. But for far too many people home remains a distant dream, as they try to eke out an existence in sub-standard accommodation or sleep rough on the streets.
