The main purpose of this poster is to develop awareness to those who are living off the streets - targeted at a well-to-do household living off of more food than they may need per week. It seeks to make them consider their lifestyle habits and draw attention to the fact that it is not what you use, but the way you use it, which also alludes to the homeless and their fight for survival, making the most of what they have. The words are formed out of generic bread, symbolic of mass consumption and a possible ignorance to the fact that because bread is so widely produced it is not important if some of it goes into the bin as waste.
