Based around the Sir Edward Coke note in his 1628 legal treatise The Institutes of the Laws of England: “A man’s house is his castle and fortress, et domus sua cuique tutissimum refugium.” That is; “A man’s house is his castle and fortress, and each man’s home is his safest refuge.”
Everyone deserves a home or refuge of their own, but for some the only refuge or shelter is a cardboard box. How can you have safe refuge living and sleeping on the streets in someone else's rubbish?

But for far too many people home remains a distant dream, as they try to eke out an existence in sub-standard accommodation or sleep rough on the streets.
