This poster shows a comparison between a candle and a homeless man. The lantern in the middle is the symbol of HOME. The small tea candles around the lantern will soon die out in the wind. Without the protection of the lantern a little candle light is in danger – just like a man without the protection of home. So the idea of the poster: a man without home is just as vulnerable as a candle in the wind.

‘Home’ means something different to all of us. The place where we grew up, the place where we live at the moment, the place we come to relax or entertain our friends. But for far too many people home remains a distant dream, as they try to eke out an existence in sub-standard accommodation or sleep rough on the streets.
