In summary, the poster aims to influence anti-immigration supporters to think in an alternative perspective. It uses the notion of a football play to describe/ acts as a metaphor for movement along borders. I chose football, as it stands for an 'All American' theme. However, 'all-American' doesn't have to mean just 'white'. Ultimately, the audience would be initially unaware of what they were looking at - as it does not look political. However, the figure of the map and the #nobannowall, would signify the political statement the poster attempts to make. The poster hopes to challenge thought. Through this 'game play' I hope to share that the freedom of movement has and always will be necessary, whether it is through something as simple as a Superbowl game, to immigrating for a greater opportunity. And isn't that what's 'All-American'? The poster will not immediately change people's minds. Nor will it affect everyone passing by - as some may not know what a football play looks like. However, it will challenge thought in a non-judgemental environment.

In last year's brief we talked about "a world where boundaries are becoming less and less meaningful. Now more than ever, we are one people. No matter where we live, we are all equally powerless in the face of war or environmental disaster."
