The black tension in the poster represents war, conflict, insecurity, fear, darkness, but as the center branches, color is added, representing change, new options, a new future and a sense of safety. However, even if you get to the colorful part, it does not mean you are not connected to your origins anymore, much less that the problems have been solved.
