Workers with disabilities have always been discriminated against, historically. They face tremendous barriers to entering the workforce and are underrepresented in this arena. Society fails to realise that disability is more of a social construct than a medical reality. Recently, awareness has increased of the rights and needs of workers with disabilities and the concept of managing disability in the workplace. I have chosen to convey my message using clean, simple type and minimal design to add further strength to my poster.
