Minna Lavola, a former Senior Creative and a Partner at TBWA\Helsinki, joined the company in 2002. Her path to TBWA partnership began back in 1997 at Ogilvy&Mather and continued via EuroRSCG to Leo Burnett. She is one of the most awarded creatives in Finland with over 50 international awards, including five Cannes Lions, and numerous national prizes. She also judged at Cannes Lions.

She believes in strong visual expression and innovative media and guerilla-stunts are close to her heart.

Today Minna is starting up her own business in Helsinki.
