Indian women love borders, but only on their Saris!

This is the message that we would like to share with all of you.
This meaningful message, is the title of a poster created during the workshop!

In partnership with Nation Institute of Design - Ahmedabad, led by Eric Olivares Lira and Hervé, 30 participants have made more than 60 amazing posters. An exhibition of these posters will be inaugurate on Monday, September 8th in Design Avenue - NID.

We are now leaving Ahmedabad to start our 4th Gender Equality workshop in Karachi.

Announcing our new workshop program: Design for Human Rights

Our new workshop program for 2014 is Design for Human Rights: Balancing Genders. Thanks to the support of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs we will be organising week long programs in 10 developing and emerging countries in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. The goal - as with all our work - is to promote democratic values and human rights awareness, with a special focus on promoting women's rights. The workshops will open with a debate on gender equality, led by specialists on the issue including psychologists, doctors, anthropologists and representatives from local NGOs. The rest of the week will be spent producing posters with the help of experienced designers in the social communication field from other parts of the world, before the workshop culminates in a public exhibition of the posters.

You can download the detailed information about the workshop program here.
